My trip to Puerto Princesa, Palawan is a much awaited one. I booked it on January this year for the reason that Pharmacy Natcon has a 5000 participants limit. It was also a chance for me to be with my friends after being busy with our life after board exam. Plus the mere fact that I'm always missing out our group dates. Days passed and eventually months passed, I even posted count off days until my D-day vacay. 

All of us booked early flights to sign attendance as early as possible. We want to have more time doing city tours for that day. We actually have 1 but made it 2 days free time before the days of the seminars. After having our lunch, of we go to visit the hidden gem of Palawan. 

We hired a tricycle driver for only 200php each of us. The locals were so kind and you can have a much cheaper rate depending how you talk with them. Our first destination was the Butterfly Eco-Garden and the Tribal Village. 

They houses not only butterflies as we expected but also different insects as well. Some of it was my only the first time seeing them. Especially this "Tuko" (last pic), who the keeper told us, doesn't make a single sound. We even cracked a joke that maybe because this one is an english gecko. 

The rain poured that afternoon so the keeper told us that the butterflies we're seeing were just a few among all they have. Luckily as all of us were busy capturing moments I saw this butterfly resting on this bowl of flowers. What a wonderful moment of freedom. Sadly they only have weeks of a life span. 

A chance to meet the native locals of Palawan, the Palaw'an. They still treasure and preserve their culture and having a chance to actually meet them is a one in a million moment. Philippines' tribe were getting fewer each year, as many of them adapts to the modernization. 

We then set off to visit the crocodiles of Palawan. (Didn't posts pictures of them tho). This is just me beating the heat off with my smile as we finished sight-seeing the crocodiles. 

The places houses week olds crocodile until they were ready to be released into the wild on the different part of the country. 

Picture of me and my girls as we were about to exit and go to our next tourists spot. Look at the queue of people at our back waiting for their turns to go inside. We even took this picture as for you to see the mountains at our back (sadly the picture doesn't justify its beauty).  

A bit scared but faced my fears on riding this horse without kuya the helper. Hahaha! Actually felt I'm at Tagaytay as I ride on it. While we the singles enjoy riding the lovers went to explore the ranch on feet. Sweet! 

Last destination for me was the Baker's Hill which actually looks like Korea's Everland! I really loved it here, many tourists took turns on taking their travel photos beautifully. Well, I got mine enough tho. Thanks to my friends. 

My friends head off to Palawan's baywalk as I set off to the airport to fetch my cousin who's going with me on this trip.

Exploring Puerto Princesa, Palawan or what they call "The City of the Living God" it is a must to visit the Philippines' representative of the New Seven Wonders of the World, the Underground River. We booked our tour since April and our Palawan adventure was a much awaited vacation for us. Wearing blue swimsuit inside I top it with my white lace-y cover up with red embroideries. I choose my black shorts with a rose patch on it. and just a slipper will do. Even I'm wearing a long sleeve top I don't feel sweaty because the weather was humid that day, or maybe because we were surrounded by nature and we were embracing its soft breeze. I took a before and after tour shots of my outfit, you can see the haggardness on my face on the first three picture and the morning face on the last. Tho I can't do anything on my messy hair.

I planned to make a review for the pimple soothing mask and facial cleanser because I want to tests it effectivity on my pimple break out due to my hormonal imbalance and the rest for the giveaway, so stay tuned! 

Antioxidant Boost Green Tea & Milk Soap 

Grean tea leaf surely have an antioxidant property because it is rich in polyphenols that is good for rejuvenating the skin. It can also improve one's skin complexion and makes it healthier by flushing out toxins and reducing inflammation. The green tea itself can act as a toner that can help in drawing out impurities. It also contains catechin which is an antibacterial agent fighting acne-causing bacteria.  It surely have amazing benefits for everyone. 

Pore Minimizing Face Mask

Lots of feedback came out that the pore minimizing mask has been very effective for them. 

They say it has a minty effect on your skin and it is also advisable to use it only once a week. The fact that it absorbs oil links to the benefits that it can reduce the size of the pores. But for my readers and blog followers I wanted to give this to them so I don't use it. I was even tempted to try it cause one of my face problems is that I do have open pores plus my very oily skin leading to pimple break outs. 

Pimple Soothing Face Mask

For this one I used it. Pimple break outs are getting worse than ever. I enjoyed applying the mask every night and realized that the redness of my pimples lessen. It has a poking or even itchy sensation when its time to wash them out.  Smoothen face came after that. But because my pimples were from hormonal imbalance I need to stop using it and take antibiotic medication to stop the break through. However, the mask is still effective for me for lessing swelling and inflammation. 

Gentle Cleansing Milk

Its my first time to see a cleansing milk, yes its true! It is indeed cleopatra's secret, because as different articles say, Cleopatra preserve her beauty by washing with milk and honey. Milk contains acid that can helps in gently cleansing then soften the skin called aplha-hydroxy. Can be used to achieve a healthy skin even after a whole day using make-up for work and other stuffs. 

Pimple Soothing Facial Cleanser

 Every night I wash my face with the cleanser before I put the facial mask that come up as a pair with this. They were a perfect combination actually. I love its fruity smell and its foaming effect. (I love using products with foams it easier for me to wash my face.) No salicylic acid for the acne treatment but the tea tree oil does the job for it. Will still use this one after my antibiotic and medical treatment for hormonal imbalance.

There are many beauty and skin care products in our market right now. But for me you should be careful in choosing products for yourself. Most of it contains chemicals that were really harmful for one's skin. Good thing there are many companies that focuses on the health of the clients, one of them is the Natura Organics. You'll think that they send me same shades of lippies but NO. Actually I love lipsticks, they're LIFE! That is why I'm so happy they sent me two of what they call LOKAL MATTE LIPSTICKS. One is the BATANES and the other one is the ISABELA. I love how unique they were as they named them from the different provinces or cities in the Philippines. Their lipsticks were ORGANIC and LEAD_FREE! 

These were the shades, Batanes have darker pigments than Isabela but they both look beautiful! They also smells fruity unlike other lipstick brands. I want to try more shades! I actually where them mostly these days. I think its minty when applied cause it has a cooling effect for your lips.

Well for me, first thing I noticed is that it really smells good, its natural scent is really refreshing. It has SPF30 which is quite good for sun protection. I did not use it for the purpose that the soap will also be included on the month of May's Giveaway together with other brands. I hope the winner will have a good review about this and compare it to other papaya soap in the market.

It's my first time to attend a food tasting event in Batangas with the KaBatang bloggers. Actually there were a lot of burger houses in Batangas City that opened last 2015 and until now. I'm even thinking that it can be called the Burger Capital of the Philippines. But with all the burger houses I went to eat wth my family and friends, this one have a different taste on it. And even when typing my food review makes me crave to it even more!!!

Gillians Diner is a London inspired burger house due to the reason that the owner went to London for 5 years and have work in a burger restaurant. The best thing about their burger is that it is charcoal-grilled. And it has a very unfamiliar lavishing taste!

Let's get down to business. Beef patty plus egg plus bacon plus veggies plus pineapples plus fries finish in 5 minutes and its free. But I suggest that you don't try the challenge on your first time eating this to experience its real taste! Stonehenge will surely satisfy your tummy! It is so juicy and full of flavor that you love! Everything is in it.  

Not an ordinary fries! At first I thought that it was topped with bacon chips but no! It was pure onions!!! With a spicy but sort of sweet taste then the cheese added a little bit of saltiness, DAEBAK!! I can't get enough of this one. It's my favorite! 

The Oxford Street is my favorite among all the burgers they have. The Grilled patty with chili con carne and their very own home-made sauce perfected the taste! Every bites makes me wonder what's with this burger that it has a taste that you can't really explain. 

They have platter that you can ask for a serving of rice if burgers don't fill you. This is the Led Zeppelin, haha they even offer The Beatles and One Direction. Consists of a very big sausage, Chicken Nuggets, Onion Rings, Fries and Buffalo Wings with 3 different dips!!! 

This one is a combination of the Meaty Spaghetti and the London Bridge burger, its two full menu in one!!! You'll surely need a lot of cardio in here, but the taste is worth all the cals! 

They also serve us the Hyde Park which is a burger with hash-brown. The Tacos with a refreshing taste because of the cucumber and the cabbage. As you can see all the menus were named after the different places and icons in London. They are open every 3pm to 1pm located at Calicanto Batangas City beside Petron gas station.
