Korean Hallyu Stars Inspired Style

Korean wave hits its most peak in the Philippines last 2016 and even until now through the heart of the millennials. The reason is that they have the most epic Korean drama with unimaginable stories that catches not only Asians but the whole world's heart. From K-drama to the debut of different kpop group and the continues sway of the old ones that makes 2016 the korean hallyu wave.

And I won't be the last for it. Ever since I'm in my second grade in elementary education I've been into Korean drama. Watching Save The Last Dance with the lead, the S.E.S member Eugene. Highschool, College and even now I forgot where did I put my sleep because I can't help my self getting hitch up to it. I can find myself googling and having my own research to the leads and wanting to know more of their personal life outside the drama that is why watching Korean variety show hook me in.

I also got my styling influenced just like the Korean stars would do. I got my researched that Yoo Ah-In, a great friend of the Descendants of the Sun leads Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo, releases his own series of 1-10 apparel. Lots of Korean actors and idols supported him having photos taken and uploaded it to their respective SNS account.

Just then I realized that the clothes I got from the instagram account my cousin followed was inspired by Yoo Ah In's apparel. It is when I stalked Song Hye Kyo's account and found out that on one of her post she is wearing the clothing. I never got a chanced to wear this one during the Christmas Holidays because our Bacolod-Iloilo trip was cancelled. But gaining weight won't stop me in wrapping this one up.

It's already 5pm on that Sunday afternoon but because summer already started that is why watched for long days and short nights to happen. The fact that I'm wearing a light clothes made me feel refresh during that moment despite of the sun light that is striking near me and the warm summer breeze embracing me.

BUBBA GUMP | ENNFOODHUNT

Let's check out a seafood restaurant. Hmmm??? The best option is the Bubba Gump restuarant in Greenbelt 3, inspired with the movie Forest Gump you can enjoy fresh seafoods with the different style of cooking, depending on what you crave for.

Drooling over this Kentucky Bourbon Shrimp Skewers freshly served with mashed potatoes, mixed veggies and corn. The skewers were made of 3 pieces of shrimp each stick, red and green bell peppers, large cut onion, with sausage inside flavoured with the bourbon sauce. Grilled tenderly and flavourful everything was worth all the calories. The shrimp was so tender and chewy adding the creaminess of the mashed potatoes makes me finish it until the last bite.

Mama's Southern Fried Chicken is not your regular friend chicken. Seasoned just like a mother with loving heart, not that salty but perfectly. The mashed potatoes, the same as skewers, was milky and prepared smoothly that you'll lavishly eat, of course with the corn and veggies as well. They fry the chicken thoroughly and its not too oily to eat.

We can't let our love for shrimp slide so we added the Shrimper's Net Catch. The seasoning was superb with that spice and and I can taste garlic, even if we chose the Cajun Spice, which I really love. No one can outhit this idea of a bucket of shrimp with the luscious taste.

It was a night out after all and they offer unlimited to selected drinks. And the first thing that came to my mind is that Sunny burst will be perfect for me. Consist of vodka, mango pure, apple juice and grenadine makes it perfect to be a ladies drink. Really end the night with lots of food, fun and fondness.

Beating the HEAT

Don't you think summer 2017 has started already? The hardest part is choosing what clothes to wear to feel comfortable despite the intense heat. Plus the fact that I'm also bringing back my 2014 body (you can check my 2014 blog post), unintentionally. Gaining weight is so hard for me because my clothes were in their small or medium size, but with my shape now? I can hardly make my outfit look good. Few of you already know that I have hormonal problems that is why there is a time that I have pimple break out plus doubling body size.

Nonetheless, it won't stop me in sharing with you guys what I wore when we eat at a Korean BBQ Restaurant here in Batangas. We went grocery shopping that day and have our late lunch. The sun is at its peak.

I already knew that it will be a scorching heat from Mr. Golden Sun so I planned to have a thin texture white top cause wearing dark colored clothes can add a sweltering feeling. Coupling it with a navy blue shorts that matches my top's prints. I got my sunnies with me every time I'm going out everyday because its a must for this season. I even wore a necklace out of the blue, its from the event I attended last year with Shoppee. Be sure to dress light this summer and beat the blazing heat. What's more on April and May right??

Dreamland Arts and Crafts-Lipa | EnnFoodHunt

Dreamland Arts and Crafts Cafe-Lipa is a place where you can bond with your friends, family, your special someone without any social media getting on your way. Nowadays, its hard to truly bond because even you, admit it, you always check your social media accounts event on dates. This place have no wifi plus the signal is also weak for mobile data.

I first visited this place last 2015 with my mom and sis. And then with my friends, different sets of friends, then a bonding with my sister again. My sister even held her 13th birthday here. Even the management have changed, the quality of food is still there or even gets better.

Plus if you're into boho and gipsy style this place is for you. They even sell items that will suit your taste. Live band was being held also.

For our first food, the Beef Veggie Nachos. Different from the nachos we've been seeing right? I was a bit shocked at first but then the taste of the dish made me fall in love with it. Actually, I'm craving for it right now. The chips maybe unusual but it matches the beef and the veggies. Cabbage, onions, carrots, bell peppers, cucumber and tomatoes, plus, ketchup and mayo on top!

We love pasta! But it is my sister who's Chicken Alfredo is the favorite, of all the sauce. But nonetheless, I still have a taste and fill my tummy. It does not turn me down though. I love how milky it taste and how the noodles was cooked. They toast the bread really good.

Indie Buffalo Wings

Wings is the chicken part I love the most. Almost every resto that offers wings, I make it to the point its on the list of the food we're going to order. But sadly, I don't like the taste of their buffalo wings cause its a bit toasted and salty for me. But you should try it guys, maybe they'll cook it differently. But a big thumbs up to their detox juices.
